🛍️ Placing Your Order

I recommend placing your order as early as possible, especially for holidays, weddings, and larger events! Since i don't do last-minute orders, booking ahead helps ensure I can reserve your spot and give your order the attention it deserves. 💜

Yes! I love being part of birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and other special celebrations. If you have a specific vision in mind, feel free to reach out, and we'll chat about the details together!

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with all of your order details. If I've reached out to discuss a custom order and/or mistake in the order, I'll also confirm everything with you before we begin baking!

If your order hasn't entered the baking process yet, I'll do my best to accommodate changes! Just contact me as soon as possible, and we'll see what we can do together.

📦 From My Oven to Your Door

Yes! I proudly ship my cookies so they can be enjoyed beyond my local community. Every order is packaged with care to help your cookies arrive as fresh and beautiful as when they left the Sugar Room.

My cookies are best enjoyed within 5–7 days at room temperature when kept in their packaging (without the seal being broken) or an airtight container. Want to save some for later? They also freeze beautifully for up to 3 months!

Absolutely! Simply place them in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag. When you're ready to enjoy them, let them thaw at room temperature or warm them up for a few seconds for that fresh-from-the-oven taste. 🍪

(A cookie care card is placed in every order box as well!)

Yes! Local pickup is available and strongly recommended for customers in my area. Pickup details will be shared after your order is placed so we can make the process as smooth as possible.

🍪 All About the Cookies

Yes! One of my favorite parts of baking is creating fun seasonal menus throughout the year. Keep an eye on my social media and website to see what delicious flavors are making their return or making their debut!

Every cookie is handcrafted from scratch in small batches. From mixing the dough to decorating each cookie and packaging every order, I personally take care of every step with lots of love (and maybe a little extra cookie dough taste-testing 😉).

Many of my cookies contain common allergens such as wheat, dairy, and eggs, and some may contain or come into contact with peanuts or tree nuts. While I do my best to keep everything clean and organized, my kitchen is not allergen-free.

That's a tough one! My best sellers can change throughout the year, but Cookies & Crème and S'mores are customer favorites that people come back for again and again! 💜

💜 Inside the Sugar Room

"Nyliscia" is my middle name, and I wanted my business to feel personal from the very beginning. The Sugar Room is my little creative space where I get to share homemade cookies, celebrate life's sweetest moments, and connect with amazing customers like you!

I do! From my logos and flyers to my website graphics and social media designs, I love putting my creativity into every part of my business. It's one of my favorite ways to make the Sugar Room feel uniquely mine.

(Canva is my best friend. 😂)

My love for baking began with an Easy-Bake Oven, but it truly grew from spending time in the kitchen with my mom. She taught me that food brings people together, and those memories inspired the dream that eventually became Nyliscia's Sugar Room. 💜
