REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final! At Nyliscia’s Sugar Room, we take pleasure in maintaining the highest levels of quality management in our baked sweets. We do not accept returns or refunds on baked items because they are perishable. We go above and beyond with our packaging to keep your sweets preserved, delicious, and safe.
Although we are not held liable or have control of any issues that may develop in the care of USPS, there are a number of terrible instances in which we will decide on whether to offer a complete refund, a percentage off, or a FREE replacement box.
- If there are quality problems or mistakes made on our behalf at Nyliscia’s Sugar Room, you will be given the option of receiving a free replacement or a 50% discount on your next purchase.
- If your shipment is lost or stolen while in the hands of a third party, not due to your own fault (evidence must be provided), you will be given the option of receiving a free new box or a full refund.
- For any other small faults or complaints (evidence and specifics must be submitted to us), you will earn a percentage off your future purchase. The percentage will depend on the severity of your problem.
