⏰ EVENT DETAILS
How far in advance should I order?
Local pickup orders require a minimum of 3 weeks' notice. Shipped orders require a minimum of 4 weeks' notice. Larger or highly detailed orders may require additional lead time.
How does payment work?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date. Your order is not considered booked until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at pickup for local orders or before shipment for shipped orders.
Can I choose my cookie flavors?
Absolutely! Please browse the Sugar Room cookie menu before submitting your inquiry and include your preferred flavors with your event request.
Can I send inspiration photos?
Yes! Inspiration photos are welcome. Please include any photos, color palettes, themes, or other details you'd like me to consider when creating your custom event set.
