What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final! At Nyliscia’s Sugar Room, we take pleasure in maintaining the highest levels of quality management in our baked sweets. we do not accept returns or refunds on baked items because they are perishable.
When will I get my order?
All orders are shipped on Mondays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but we do offer priority delivery service (1-3 days).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
