SHIPPING/PICKUP POLICY
PICKUP
Since we are a home-based business, curbside pickup is automatically required for ALL pickup orders. We DO NOT allow door-to-door pickups for security reasons!
Pickups are scheduled every Monday from 4 to 6 p.m. the week after your order placement. Orders cannot be scheduled for pickup on the same day that they were placed.
Pickup orders CANNOT be picked up on any other day of the week besides Mondays, subject to our schedule/business hours.
EVERY BAKED GOOD IS FRESHLY MADE TO ORDER!
This means that they are baked fresh the night before your scheduled pickup or shipping. Cookies are decorated and packed the day of your pickup/shipping.
Processing time periods enable us at Nyliscias Sugar Room to prep, prepare, and purchase any materials and ingredients required for your order and/or packaging.
This allows us to protect our time, nurture our small business, and continue to provide the quiet, unhurried experience you expect and enjoy.
SHIPPING
We provide priority delivery (1-3 business days) on Mondays to ensure that your order arrives fresh, quickly, and on time! We do not send orders on any day of the week other than those specified above!
Prices increase if you choose faster shipping options. We are currently ONLY shipping within the United States and all US territories! International shipping is currently not available.
Local delivery is not available at Nyliscia’s Sugar Room.
COOKIE CARE INSTRUCTIONS
ALL cookies purchased for shipping/pickup are heat-sealed to ensure lifespan and freshness, particularly while in transit to your destination!
Please remember to always follow the ‘Cookie Care Instructions’ card that came with your order to guarantee that you are enjoying your cookies in their best and freshest state!
