Every cookie is handcrafted with care, and these policies help ensure that each order receives the time, attention, and love it deserves. Please take a few moments to review the information below before placing your order.

📍OUR LOCATION
Nyliscia's Sugar Room is proudly based in Grovetown, Georgia, and operates from a pet-free, smoke-free home bakery.
For the safety and privacy of our home-based business, all local orders are completed through curbside pickup at the scheduled pickup time. Door pickups are not available.
If you're local, I highly recommend selecting curbside pickup for the quickest and freshest experience. Shipping is also available if you prefer, but once your package has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery times are outside of my control.

The Sugar Room is open for orders:
Tuesday – Thursday
🕛 12:00 AM – 11:59 PM
The bakery is closed on Fridays through Mondays and on major holidays.
Please note that pickup appointments may differ from business hours. Your scheduled pickup time will always be provided with your order confirmation.
🍪 PROCESSING TIMES
Because Nyliscia's Sugar Room is a one-person, home-based bakery, every order is mixed, baked, decorated, and packaged by me.
To ensure every batch receives the attention it deserves, please allow 1–5 business days for processing before your scheduled pickup or shipping date.
Unlike large bakeries, I don't keep cookies sitting on shelves; they're baked fresh just for you, typically the night before pickup or shipment for the best possible flavor and freshness.
📦 SHIPPING & RUSH ORDERS
At this time, rush orders are not available.
Our base shipping method begins with priority (1-3 business days). If you select any of our quicker shipping methods (next-day, overnight, etc.), ALL orders still require a processing time.
For example, choosing overnight shipping means your package will travel overnight after it has been processed, not immediately after your order is placed.
This allows me to bake every order fresh while making sure your cookies arrive at their very best.
💜 ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Need to make a change? Please contact me as soon as possible!
Orders may be modified or canceled before processing begins whenever possible.
Once ingredients have been purchased, your order has entered production, a shipping label has been created, or you've received notification that your order is being prepared for pickup, cancellations and refunds may no longer be available.
I truly appreciate your understanding, as every order is made specifically for you.
🎉 EVENT ORDERS
I'm honored to be a small part of your celebrations!
To ensure plenty of time for planning, preparation, and baking, event orders must be placed in advance.
- Pickup event orders: Please order at least 2 weeks before your event.
- Shipped event orders: Please order 3–4 weeks in advance.
If an event request is submitted outside these timeframes, I may not be able to accommodate it. Booking early is always the best way to guarantee availability!
🚗 PICKUP INFORMATION
Orders should be picked up on the agreed-upon date and time.
Running a little late? No worries! Just send me a quick message so I know you're on your way.
Once your cookies have been picked up, responsibility for transportation and storage transfers to you. To keep your cookies looking and tasting their best, I recommend transporting them on a flat surface and avoiding excessive heat.
🌦️ SHIPPING & WEATHER DELAYS
Every order is packaged with care to help your cookies arrive safely and fresh.
However, once your package has been dropped off with the postal carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. Unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other transit disruptions may occur.
Please ensure someone is available to receive your package as soon as it arrives, especially during warmer months, as I cannot be responsible for damage caused after delivery.
