Every order is handcrafted with care and prepared fresh just for you. Below you'll find everything you need to know about pickup, shipping, and how to keep your cookies tasting their very best from the moment they leave the Sugar Room until the very last bite.

🚗 CURBSIDE PICKUP

Because Nyliscia's Sugar Room is a home-based bakery, all local orders are completed through curbside pickup. For the safety and privacy of my home, door pickups are not available.

Pickup Schedule

  • Pickup appointments take place every Monday from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
  • Orders cannot be picked up on the same day they are placed.
  • Pickup is only available during the scheduled pickup window unless otherwise arranged.

🍪 FRESHLY BAKED JUST FOR YOU

Every cookie is made to order, never mass-produced or sitting on a shelf waiting to be purchased.

Your cookies are baked fresh the night before, then carefully decorated, packaged, and prepared shortly before pickup or shipment with the same attention I'd give if I were baking for my own family.

Because every order is handmade, processing time allows me to prepare ingredients, create your order, and ensure everything arrives fresh, beautiful, and ready to enjoy.

 

📦 SHIIPING

To help your cookies arrive as fresh as possible, all shipping orders are mailed on Mondays using USPS Priority Mail (1–3 business days).

Need your order sooner? Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Please remember that expedited shipping affects transit time only and does not shorten the time needed to prepare your handmade order.

At this time:

  • 🇺🇸 Shipping is available throughout the United States and U.S. territories.
  • 🌍 International shipping is not currently available.
  • 🚚 Local delivery is not offered.

Every cookie is individually heat-sealed to help lock in freshness during pickup and shipping.

When your order arrives, you'll also receive a Cookie Care Card with simple instructions on how to store and enjoy your cookies at their very best.

Whether you enjoy them right away or save a few for later, following those care instructions will help keep every bite just as delicious as the day it was baked. 🍪✨
